Q. Is the park open over Christmas?

A. Yes, we welcome guests to our park over the Christmas period.

Q. Can I bring a dog?

A. Most dogs are allowed in the park as long as they are kept on a lead. However, certain dangerous breeds of dogs are not permitted. If you are concerned that your dog may fall into this category, please get in touch for further information.

Q. Can I make changes to my booking?

A. We will try our best to accommodate any changes to your booking. Please get in touch by telephone or email for more information.

Q. How can I cancel my booking?

A. Cancellations are refunded up to 48 hours before arrival. Please contact us by telephone or email to arrange a cancellation.

Q. Does your park have internet?

A. We hope to have free Wi-Fi available across the park very soon!

Q. Does your park have a TV connection points?

A. Yes, all pitches have television aerial points.

Q. At what age am I considered an adult?

A. You are considered an adult if you are 16 years old or over.

Q. Do I need to pay an additional fee to bring more than two children?

A. No, you can bring more than two under 16-year-olds without paying an extra fee.

Q. Is there a minimum age for making a booking?

A. Yes, you must be 17 years old or older to make a booking.

Q. Once I have paid my fees, will there be any additional costs?

A. Outside of your standard fee, you will also be responsible for gas and electricity. Electric is billed through a meter, and gas may be purchased at the park.

Q. What types of pitches are available?

A. We currently offer premier fully-serviced pitches and super pitches. All of the pitches on the park are hard standing, providing a metered electric hook-up, TV aerial and fresh water points. In addition, all pitches accommodate drainage for grey water. Our super pitches are larger, providing more space for awnings and parking.

Q. How do I order bottled gas?

A. To order bottled gas, you can contact us by email, telephone or during your stay.

Q. Can I use a barbecue?

A. Yes, of course!
